About the Hub

The AtlanticLink Request Hub is an independent community service operated by the AtlanticLink Alliance for coordinating in-game aircraft requests, alliance applications and related operations. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by World of Airports, its publisher, or Discord.

Accounts and accurate information

Keep your account credentials private and provide information that is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. Discord sign-in is subject to Discord’s own terms and policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, abusive, unlawful or infringing material.
• Use the Hub to harass others, spam requests, evade limits, or disrupt the service.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data or administrative features.
• Submit personal information about another person unless you are authorized to do so.

Requests and applications

Submitting a request or alliance application does not guarantee acceptance, a response by a particular time, or fulfillment. Availability and decisions depend on the Alliance’s review, participating operators and conditions in the game. Request and application information may be visible to authorized Alliance operators and administrators; operational details may also be posted to configured Alliance Discord channels.

Your submissions

You remain responsible for the information and content you submit. You permit the Alliance to store, display and use it as needed to review applications, coordinate requests, operate the Hub and maintain related records. Do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in request descriptions or comments.

Moderation and account access

The Alliance may review, edit for operational safety, decline or remove submissions, and may restrict or deactivate access where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, enforce these terms, or address abuse. Account deactivation may not remove historical request or audit records; see our Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, suspend or discontinue features to maintain or improve the Hub. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Disclaimers and liability

The Hub is provided for community coordination. To the extent permitted by applicable law, it is provided without guarantees that requests will be fulfilled or that information will always be available or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
