ATLANTICLINK REQUEST HUB
Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
Who operates this service
The AtlanticLink Alliance operates the AtlanticLink Request Hub. For privacy questions or requests, contact atlanticlinkrequesthub@gmail.com.
Information we process
- Accounts and sign-in: in-game name, email address, Discord user ID and Discord username/display name. For email/password accounts, the password is stored as a password hash, not as readable text. Discord sign-in also stores OAuth account and token data needed to link and operate the account; we do not receive your Discord password.
- Requests and account activity: requester and Discord names, request details such as source, destination, airport level, request type, aircraft, quantity and description, plus comments, assignments, fulfillment, status history, notifications and related timestamps.
- Guest requests: the in-game name and request details you submit. The guest request form does not ask for an email address.
- Alliance applications: Discord and in-game names, game progress, aircraft counts, operating hubs and location information, eligibility and activity answers, referral information, and application review notes.
- Security and service operation: audit events and a one-way, secret-keyed hash derived from the request IP address for rate limiting. The application uses this hash for abuse prevention rather than storing the raw IP address in its rate-limit table. The hosting provider may separately process technical connection logs.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate accounts, verify email addresses, manage requests and alliance applications, coordinate operations, provide account features, send service-related email, maintain request and audit history, and protect the Hub against abuse. Where applicable, processing is based on providing the service you request, reviewing an application you submit, our legitimate interests in security and reliable operations, and the permissions you grant when using Discord sign-in.
Who receives information
- Authorized AtlanticLink operators and administrators can access the information needed to manage requests, accounts and applications. Some active member names are displayed on the public login page.
- Discord processes Discord sign-in. Depending on the configured staff webhooks, request details or alliance application details may also be sent to designated Discord channels.
- Microsoft Azure provides the production application hosting, database and branding-file storage.
- The email service configured for the Hub’s SMTP connection sends account-verification messages.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Data may be processed in countries other than the country where you live, depending on the providers and the configured services.
Cookies and local storage
The Hub uses essential authentication and security cookies, including temporary cookies during sign-in. It does not use advertising or analytics cookies in its current implementation. Your light or dark theme preference is stored in your browser’s local storage.
Retention
We keep account and operational information for as long as needed to provide and secure the service. Email-verification tokens expire after 24 hours, and rate-limit records are scheduled for removal after 24 hours. Deactivating an account removes its sign-in access and clears core profile details, but request, fulfillment and audit history may remain where needed to preserve operational records. Contact us to ask about access, correction or deletion of your information.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, object to certain processing, request a portable copy, or complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us at the email above to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Third-party services
Discord and Microsoft publish their own privacy information at Discord Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement. Email delivery is provided by the SMTP service configured for the Hub.
Changes to this policy
We may update this notice when the service or its data practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
